Tasty food does NOT need to be unhealthy. I love a thin crust pizza with all the goodness of veggies, tomato sauce (high in antioxidants), a bit of meat and cheese!
As long as you don’t overload on oils and too much cheese or processed meat, pizza is a great way to feed yourself and the family. Maybe just don’t have it EVERY day! Too much bread isn’t great for you either. My motto is “Everything in Moderation!”
